Guidelines during stay at Downtown East: 16-19 September 2008.
The following guidelines apply to all Poly Forum 2008 participants:

Participants must be properly
attired at all times. They are to abide by the dress
code stipulated by the PF 2008 Organising Committee
and staff facilitators |
| 2. |
Proper conduct is expected at all
times. |
| 3. |
Be punctual for all activities.

| 4. |
Participate actively, learn from
the experience and enjoy yourself. |
| 5. |
Keep your staff facilitators and
your buddies informed of your whereabouts at all
time. |
| 6. |
Inform the staff facilitators or
student leaders if you are not feeling well or get
help from the secretariat room. |
| 7. |
Smoking is strictly prohibited |
| 8. |
Consumption of alcoholic beverages
is not allowed. |
| 9. |
All forms of gaming are prohibited
including those at the Jackpot Room. |
| 10. |
All participants are to return to
their chalet by the stipulated time (as indicated in
the programme) to have ample rest. |

Safety precautions should be
observed at all time |

to play. No substitution is allowed unless due to
