Ms Wendy Tan

Biography

Ms Wendy began her career at NTUC as an Industrial Relations Officer, rotating across various unions before being appointed Director to lead NTUC’s Youth Development unit. A key project was the 2023 NTUC Youth Taskforce, where she led engagements with 10,000 youths to better understand the aspirations and concerns of the future workforce. She also served as a Council Member of the 16th and 17th National Youth Councils. 

She is currently Director of NTUC PME, which focuses on improving wages, welfare, and work prospects for PMEs. Her work includes innovating new value propositions, forming strategic partnerships, and advocating for PME rights and protection. She also serves as a Board Member of the Institute for Human Resources Professionals and MoneyOwl.
