Biography

Jeremy Beckman’s journey challenges conventional ideas of success. After graduating with a BSc in Neuroscience from the University of California, San Diego, he returned to Singapore and explored finance and personal training before discovering his calling in food systems, ecology and regenerative agriculture. As the founder of Terra Matters, a Singapore-based company focused on biological carbon sequestration and regenerative agriculture in the tropics, he develops practical solutions that regenerate soil, support climate action and create meaningful environmental impact. His journey reminds students that changing course is not failure; it can be the beginning of a more meaningful contribution.
