Mr Poh Quan Wei

Biography

Mr Quan Wei is Deputy Director and Lead for Enterprise Architecture at GovTech Singapore's CIO Office, where he drives the strategic evolution of the organisation's technological foundation and champions AI adoption across the public service. With over a decade of experience in public sector technology, he leads hands-on AI enablement initiatives that equip public officers to build with AI, and previously led teams in developing award-winning citizen-centric digital products — earning the National Day Award Commendation Medal and the One Public Service Award. He holds a Masters in Computing from the National University of Singapore, where he graduated top of the Information Systems programme.
