Biography
Ms K. Tharshini Karthigesan is a Senior Student Development Officer at Ngee Ann Polytechnic, with experience in education, youth development, community engagement and public service.
Before joining NP, she served as an educator with the Ministry of Education (MOE), where she taught, mentored students and led initiatives in financial literacy, leadership and values-based education. She has also worked in public service and regulatory roles, and has supported youth through community organisations such as Yayasan MENDAKI, and SINDA.
Tharshini believes that while grades and qualifications can open doors, character, values and contribution ultimately shape what we do with those opportunities.
