Mr Jackson Seng
Vice President of Strategy & Business Development

Mr Jackson Seng has more than 20 years of regional experience in multiple leadership roles (strategy, business development, sales, marketing, services, engineering, project management, commercial operations). He is currently the Vice President of Strategy and Business Development for the East Asia region at Schneider Electric.
In his role, Mr Seng leads a team to drive long-term business strategy development and deployment. He develops strong collaboration with the senior management team and external partners to ensure the successful implementation of strategic initiatives. Sustainability is an integral part of the long-term strategy of Schneider Electric, and partnering with customers to achieve their environmental sustainability commitment with renewable energy PPA, RECs and microgrid solutions, remains a high priority.

Ms Tan Mei Ping
Vice President, Group Corporate Sustainability Office
United Overseas Bank
Ms Tan Mei Ping has more than 10 years of working experience in a financial institution, public sector and global technology companies. She is an experienced sustainability professional in the areas of sustainable finance, corporate sustainability, policies and regulations, as well as sustainable technologies.
In her current role at the United Overseas Bank’s Group Corporate Sustainability Office, Ms Tan works with various business functions to identify and manage ESG risks and opportunities, including supporting the bank in delivering a net zero future. Prior to this, she closely engaged Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to integrate sustainability in their business operations and develop sustainable solutions through programmes and initiatives.
Ms Tan holds a MPhil’s Degree in Engineering for Sustainable Development from the University of Cambridge, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Korea University.

Prof S. Viswanathan

Prof S. Viswanathan (Vish) is Professor of Operations & Corporate Sustainability at the Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore. He is also Director of the Centre for Business Sustainability, Cluster Director of Energy Research Institute@NTU (ERI@N), and Program Director of the soon to be launched Executive MSc in Sustainability Management. His research interests include Corporate Sustainability, Energy Modelling, LCA, and Supply Chain Systems.
Prof Viswanathan’s research has been published in the University of Texas Dallas (UTD) ranked top Business journals. He is currently working on several sustainability-related projects under the National Research Foundation’s grants, such as “Singapore’s Pathway to Carbon Neutrality: Analysis of New Technologies”. He teaches Corporate Sustainability in many Graduate and Executive Programs at NTU.
